Q1.

How do new Members activate their Watsons Card?

A1.

- Please click “Card Activation” on the Member page
- Enter the 11-digit card number printed at the back of your Watsons Card as requested.
- Enter the 6-digit initial identification code printed at the back of your Watsons Card, beside your card number.
- Enter your personal data as requested by the system.
- We will send a text-message containing the activation code to your registered mobile phone number.
- Please enter the activation code in webpage as requested.
- The page will request you to change the initial identification code into a new password.

How can I revise the personal data I have submitted?

A2.

You have to log in to your Member account by entering your card number and password. You will find the option “Change Personal Data” on the menu bar at the left hand side of the page. However, some basic information will not be changeable, for example, the name, sex, birthday, etc.

How can I change my password?

A3.

Log in to your Member account by entering your card number and password. You will find the option “Change Password” on the menu bar at the left hand side of the page.

How can I report online the loss of my Watsons Card?

A4.

- Log in to your Member account by entering your card number and password. Should you not remember your card number, you may also enter your IC number.
- Click the option for card loss report on the left hand side of the page.
- Confirm your loss report as instructed by the page.

How can I retrieve the bonus points after I report the card loss?

A5.

- Please visit our stores to purchase a new Watsons Card.
- Activate your new Watsons Card.
- Log in to your former Member account by entering the number and password of your lost card (after you have reported the loss online). Should you not remember your old card number, you may also enter your IC.
- Enter your new Watsons Card number as requested by the page.
(Please note: the name for your new card has to match the name you registered with, for your former Watsons Card)
The points accumulated in the lost card will be transferred to the new card.

What can I do if I forget my Watsons Card number?

A6.

If you forget the card number, please click “Forget Card No.” at the top right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter your birthday and mobile number. The system will search the matching card number according to the data you submitted and will show the Watsons Card number belonging to you on the webpage, immediately.

What can I do if I forget my Watsons Card password?

A7.

If you forget your password, please click “Forget Password” at the top right corner of the page. Then enter your registered personal data as requested. If the information you enter matches your account profile, the system will send a new password to your registered email address. If the email address you registered previously is now invalid, you may tick the corresponding box as requested, and the system will then prompt you on the three security questions (previously chosen by you in your Member card activation process) for you to answer. If you can provide correct answers to all three questions, a new password will be given on the page.
